On 26 October, a webinar will take place on ‘Integrating national and thematic catalogues into the EOSC Portal: the NI4OS-Europe pilot’.
As part of the European Open Science Cloud implementation roadmap, the EOSC Portal is one of the ‘federating core’ services contributing to the implementation of the ‘Access and interface’ action line. It provides a European delivery channel connecting the demand and supply sides of EOSC and its different stakeholders.
Over the spring and summer of 2021, the Horizon 2020 projects EOSC Enhance and NI4OS-Europe coordinated the EOSC regional project covering Southeastern Europe to work on a pilot to test this long-awaited functionality. During this webinar, we will learn more about this process and its initial tangible results, hear directly from providers who have successfully onboarded their resources to the Portal, and take a look into next steps.
